Abstract:
In this paper we show that an arbitrary polynomial matrix with coefficient matrices with elements in a principal ideal ring is always equivalent to a pencil form The exact nature of the equivalence transformation linking the original matrix to the pencil is established سوف نبين في هذا البحث أن كل مصفوفة اعتباطية عديدة الحدود ذات معاملات معرفة على حلقة مثالية أساسا تكون متكافئة مع شكل محدد من مجموعات مزدوجات المصفوفات كما سنقدم في البحث الشكل الدقيق لتحويل التكافؤ الذي يربط بين المصفوفة الأصلية ومجموعة مزدوجة المصفوفات
