Focus of this project is to limit the sources of information of national specialized in the fields of science and technology, and to identify intellectual property rights to those sources, and save, organize, and make them available in full text via the digital library on the Internet to pan researchers and beneficiaries and without any barriers or restrictions in a manner that supports educational efforts and research in the community and including plans and supports national development efforts in these sectors.
