Abstract:
Phenolic Bdiketones I(ad) were subjected to cyclocondensation reaction with phenylhydrazine under different reaction conditions to give regioisomers II (ad) and IV (ad) the structure of which was confirmed by spectroscopic techniques The cytotoxicity and antiviral activity of these compounds were also assessed تم تعريض بيتاداي كيتونز الفينولي لتفاعل تكثيفي متكرر بوجود فينيل هيدرازين وتحت ظروف تفاعل مختلفة وذلك للحصول على شبيهات (ad)IV و(all)I1، والتي تحققنا من تركيبها باستخدام التقنية المطيافية
