Abstract: Potentialtime curves scanning electron microscopy and Xray diffraction techniques are used to study the development of phosphate layers on steel The effects of galvanic coupling of the steel to various areas of zinc metal is considered Particular attention is paid to the boundary region between steel and differing types of zinc coating The development of phosphate growth and its phase composition are found to be significantly altered by both physical and galvanic effects
استخدمت تقنية تشتت الأشعة السينية (Xray) والميكروسكوب الإلكتروني المسحي لدراسة مراحل تطور طبقة الفوسفات على الفولاذ ثم قمنا باستقصاء أثر الطلاء بالزنك على الحدود الفاصلة بين الفولاذ ونوع الطلاء الزنكي (الكلفنة) تبين هذه الدراسة أن نمو طبقة الفوسفات وتركيبها يتغير تبعا لطريقة الكلفنة وللخواص الفيزيائية
