Abstract

I have handled in this research all the authenticated traditions of the prophets (PBUH) which refer to dispraise the poetry this research has composed of introduction and three chapters the first chapter I have focused on the authenticated traditions of the prophets (PBUH) which refer to dispraise the poetry totally The second I have dealt with the authenticated traditions of the prophet (PBUH) which refer to dispraise one sort of the poetry The third I have mentioned ruling of the poetry in the Islamic law in accordance with the prophet’s traditions which support the poetry Finally I put the conclusion which contained the highlighted results of this research then it was the marginal annotations and the comments as well as the sources the references and the index of this research All praise is due to the almighty Allah firstly and lastly the peace and the blessings be upon His messenger who has come mercy for the whole beings and the best ideal for the all

تناولت في هذا البحث الأحاديث الصحيحة الواردة في ذم الشعر، وجعلته مشتملا على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث الأولركزت فيه على الأحاديث الصحيحة الواردة في ذم الشعر جملة، والثانيركزت فيه على الأحاديث الصحيحة الواردة في ذم نوع من الشعر، والثالثأوجزت فيه حكم الشعر، بعد أن تناولت تلك الأحاديث، ووجهتها بما يتفق مع ما جاء عن الرسولصلى الله عليه وسلمفي تأييد الشعر ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة مناسبة، ذكرت فيها أبرز نتائجه، وبعد ذلك أوردت الحواشي والتعليقات، وثبتا للمصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات البحث والحمد لله أولا وآخرا، والصلاة والسلام على من كان رحمة للعالمين، وقدوة للهداة المهتدين
