Abstract

Gratefulness to Allah who's by his name would be the fulfillment of the competent and peace be upon his best and last messenger The researcher has negotiated through his research one of the most exists problem that faces researchers in AlMathehab AlHanbli which is the variety of the reports that belongs to AlImam Ahmed bin Hanbal in many questionnaires The researcher had to confirm happening of mistakes and lies in reporting AlImam Ahmad that's because of some the enormity reports which was added to him and they were against the Sunnaa and Jamaa Such reports are counted to be enourmous mistakes to the Mathehab especially and to the Shar'ah generally and they were the cause of the differences between reports in many questionnaire The researcher had showed the chapters of these researches some of the important causes which led to the happening of mistakes in reporting AlImam Ahmad He mentioned some applied examples to explain the effect of those reasons on the different reports of AlImam Ahmad

الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء وخاتم الرسالات فهذا البحث عنوانه أثر الروايات المغلوطة عن الإمام أحمد في اختلاف الرواية عنه وقد تعرض الباحث من خلال هذا البحث إلى واحدة من أبرز الإشكالات التي تواجه الباحثين في المذهب الحنبلي ؛ وهي اختلاف الروايات عن الإمام أحمد بن حنبل رحمه الله في كثير من المسائل فحاول الباحث إثبات وقوع الغلط والكذب في الرواية عن الإمام أحمد رحمه الله تعالى وأن ذلك السبب فيما نسب إليه من روايات مستشنعة تخالف السنة وإجماع الصحابة، بل الأمة، وتعد من الغلط القبيح الفاحش على المذهب خصوصا، وعلى الشريعة عموما، كما أن ذلك أدى إلى اختلاف الرواية عنه في الكثير من المسائل وقد عرض الباحث في فصول هذه البحث بعض أهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى وقوع الغلط في الرواية عن الإمام أحمد، وذكر أمثلة تطبيقية توضح أثر هذا الأسباب في اختلاف الرواية عن الإمام أحمد رحمه الله تعالى
