Résumé:
The normal flora of the marine white shrimp Penaeus indicus particularly Vibrio Sp was studied in two different farms representing prawn production in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia The National Prawn Company which is located at ElLith area and the Red Sea farm belong to Saudi Fisheries Company at Herida were selected for the study
Bacterial cell count of Vibrio spp was estimated in the water of cultured tanks exoskeleton gills and the digestive system of juvenile P indicus The study showed significant difference in the selected organs of shrimp and its aquatic environment The highest bacterial load was observed in the digestive system gills exoskeleton and the water of cultured tanks respectively
Bacterial isolation and identification showed the following species Valginolyticus V vulnificus V fluvialis V parahaemolyticus V anguillarum and V splendidus II Which were considered as the first record of isolated Vibrios in the cultured P indicus in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia درست الفلورا الطبيعية المتمثلة في جنس الفبريو للروبيان الأبيض Penaeus indicus البحري المستزرع وذلك من مزرعتين إحدهما مزرعة الوطنية بالليث، والأخرى مزرعة البحر الأحمر التابعة للشركة السعودية للأسماك بالحريضة قُدرت أعداد خلايا الفيبريو في مياه أحواض الاستزراع بالإضافة إلى السطح الخارجي والخياشيم والجهاز الهضمي للروبيان في الطور اليافع juvenile أظهرت نتائج العد معنوية في أجزاء الروبيان المدروسة وبيئتها المائية فوجد أن أعلى نسبة حمل بكتيري في الجهاز الهضمي يليه الخياشيم يتبعه السطح الخارجي للروبيان وأخيرا مياه الأحواض أسفرت عمليات العزل والتعريف عن عزل الأنواع التالية V alginolyticus V vulnificus V fluvialis V parahaemolyticus V anguillarum V splendidus II وتعتبر أنواع الـ Vibrio المعزولة في هذه الدراسة هو أول تسجيل لها في الروبيان الأبيض المستزرع في المملكة العربية السعودية
