Abstract

تعتبر المختبرات أحد المقومات الأساسية التي تكتمل بها العملية التدريسية الجامعية في التخصصات العلمية والهندسية إضافة إلى دورها الفعال في إنجاز البحوث العلمية وتحقيق أهدافها تستعرض هذه الورقة بالشرح والتفصيل مجموعة من العناصر التي تلعب دورا أساسيا في عمليات صيانة الأجهزة العلمية بهذه المختبرات وهذه العناصر هي عضو هيئة التدريس المشرف على المختبر، وفني المختبر الملم بأصول تشغيل الأجهزة والمحافظة عليها، وفني الصيانة المتمرس في وسائل تشخيص الأعطال وتحديد أسبابها، وفني التصنيع الماهر بورشة الصيانة وفني القياس الخبير بوسائل المعايرة والقياس وتستعرض الورقة كذلك الأسباب الرئيسة لتعطل الأجهزة وتقنية المحسب التلقائي لتشخيص الأعطال بها والأسلوب العلمي الواجب اتباعه لإتمام عمليات الصيانة على أكمل وجه ثم تعرض الورقة بشيء من التفصيلالأسلوب الواجب اتباعه لتحسيب نظام صيانة الأجهزة العلمية وأخيرا تعرض الورقة حالة دراسة لمشروع مركز صيانة الأجهزة والخدمات العلمية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز والذي بدئ في تشغيله ليحقق الأهداف الرئيسية التالية 1إقامة نظام تقني علمي سليم لأعمال الصيانة 2إنشاء مكتبة لأدلة الصيانة 3وضع نظام محسب لأعمال الصيانة 4وضع نظام مخزني محسب لقطع الغيار المطلوبة 5استحداث بنك للمعلومات عن الأجهزة العلمية 6التوعية الدورية لمستخدمي المختبرات وتبرهن الورقة أن المركز قد تمكن من تحقيق كامل أهدافه فنيا وماليا

Laboratories are basic elements in the process of university education in science and engineering disciplines in addition to its role as a basic tool for research work This paper reviews the basic elements of the maintenance process of scie ntific equipment in these laboratories These elements are The faculty member who supervises the laboratories ; the laboratory technician respons ible for equipment operation and periodical maintenance ; the mainten ance technician responsible for faults diagnosis the qualified skilled techn ician responsible for repairing and the experienced technician in measurem ents and calibration The paper also reviews the major causes of equipment breakdown ; it equally shows the automatic computerized fault diagnosis and it also des cribes the scientific methods that should be followed in achieving the maintenance operations Finally this paper shows the case study of the Maintenance Centre in (KAU) which was established to fulfill the following objectives 1Settingup a technical scientific system for all maintenance operat ions 2Settingup a library [or manual maintenance 3Developing a computerized data hank for maintenance operations 4Settingup a reliable system for spare parts 5 Developing a data hank to cover the laboratories equipment in the University and their operational status 6Periodical enhancing and upgrading knowledge for laboratory users The paper argues that the centre has fully achieved its objective technic ally and financially
