Abstract:
A new equation for the heat transfer coefficient was developed by comparing the experimental data to the numerical solution of the heat balance equations for both rice and air A comparison was made between the Wang et al equation and the equation developed in this research The latter equation was used in the simulation of the concurrenttlow rice dryer من خلال البحث، تم إيجاد معادلة جديدة لمعامل الانتقال الحراري وذلك بمقارنة النتائج التجريبية مع الحلول العددية لمعادلة الاتزان الحراري لكل من الأرز والهواء وقد تمت مقارنة هذه المعادلة بمعادلة "ونج، رمزي، سنغ" واستخدمت هذه المعادلة الجديدة في محاكاة عملية تجفيف الأرز باستخدام التدفق ذي الاتجاه الواحد
