Abstract:
A rapid accurate and specific PMR assay of glaphenine in its tablets was developed with maleic acid as internal standard An average percent recovery of 9683 was obtained with standard deviation of ± 193 The PMR spectrum in addition provides a specific means of identification for glaphenine Furthermore a simultaneous rapid accurate and specific PMR assay of glaphenine and meprobamate mixure in adalgur tablets was developed with an average percent recovery of 10005 and 10055 and standard deviation of ± 295 and ± 341 for meprobamate and glaphenine respectively استحدثت طريقة سريعة ومتخصصة بواسطة التردد النووي المغناطيسي لتحليل الجليفانين حيث بلغت نسبة الدقة فيها 9683 بالمئة وبمعدل انحراف ± 193، وهذه الطريقة بالإضافة إلى أنها طريقة كمية فهي تعطي طريقة للتعرف الكيفي للمركب ثم استحدثت طريقة بواسطة التردد النووي المغناطيسي أيضا لتحليل مخاليط من الجليفانين والمبروبامات في مستحضراتها الصيدلية حيث بلغت نسبة الدقة فيها 10055، 1001992 % ومعدل انحراف قدره ± 295، 5 ± 341 للمبروبامات والجليفانين
