Patients who leave against medical advice (LAMA) are both a concern and a challenge for individuals in the health care field Skillful communication flexible routines policies and procedures negotiable management options good clinical care and thorough documentation constitute Lhe corner sLow’s of dealing with this problem 11w need for a clearly documented system or guidelines for assessing and managing such patients is highlighted المرضى الذين يهربون من المستشفى مخالفين النصيحة الطبية هم عند اهتمام الهيئة الطبية، وكذلك يعدوا موضع اختبار، إن التواصل المقنن والروتين العملي والسياسة المرنة بالإضافة إلى التفاهم بين الهيئة الطبية والمرضى وذويهم مع العناية الطبية المتميزة وفوق كل ذلك التدوين الدقيق لمجريات الحالة المرضية تمثل حجر الزاوية في التعامل مع هذه المشكلة ويحتاج إلى نظام واضح ومبين مع وضع خطوط إرشادية لكيفية التعامل مع هذه الحالات
