Synthesis and properties of various ECOfriendly aromatic ethereal based reactive dyes

Abstract

Ecofriendly reactive dyes based on 3azo(4 phenoxy phenyl)7Nmethyl (2 4 dichlorostriazine6 yl)4hydroxy2naphthalene sulfonic acid have been synthesized by diazotization of 4amino diphenyl ether and coupling with cyanurated NmethylJacid and subsequently condensed with various aromatic ethers These dyes possess the advantage that they can be easily biodegradable and no carcinogenic amine is used Introduction of a triazine group to the dye molecule improves the degree of exhaustion and fixation of the dyes studied These new dyes have been characterized on the basis of their IR and NMR spectra Their dyeing properties on cotton nylon and wool fabrics were studied

يعنى هذا البحث بتحضير ودراسة صبغات متلائمة مع البيئة ذات الأساس 3أزو(4 فينوكسيفينيل)7ميثيل (2 ، 4 دايكلوروsتريزين4(yl6هيدروكسي2نافثالين كبريتي الحامض وقد تم التحضير بوساطة التحول الثنائي لـ 4أمينو دايفنيل ايثر والربط مع حامض NميثيلJ، ومن ثم التكثيف مع عدد من الأيثرات العطرية وتمتاز هذه الصبغات بسهولة تحللها العضوي وخلوها من الأمينات المرطنة كما كان لإضافة مجموعة الترزين لجزيء الصبغة أثر في تحسين درجة التثبيت والتحلل للصبغات المستخدمة ولدراسة تركيب هذه الصبغات استخدمنا تقنية الرنين المغناطيسي النووي (NMR)، وطيفيات الأشعة تحت الحمراء (IR)، كما قمنا بدراسة أثر الصبغ على القطن والنيلون والصوف
