الملخص:
An algorithm to determine the learning rate for neural net based direct adaptive control is presented The proposed learning rate ensures fast convergence of the adaptive controller and at the same time ensures local stability of the control system The derivation is based upon error linearization in the weight space The use of the proposed learning rate is demonstrated through application on direct selftuning control of nonlinear plants Simulation results are also presented to validate the theoretical findings نقدم في هذا البحث طريقة حل (خوارزمية) لتحديد معدل التعلم للتحكم المتكيف باستخدام شبكات النيوترونات (عصبيات) ومعدل التعلم المقترح يؤدي إلى التقارب السريع للمتحكم المتكيف وفي نفس الوقت يؤدي إلى الاستقرار المحلي لنظام التحكم والاشتقاق يعتمد على خطية الخطأ في فراغ الوزن ويتم توضيح استعمال معدل التعلم المقترح من خلال تطبيقه على التحكم ذي الضبط الذاتي للمصنع غير الخطية ونقدم أيضا نتائج المحاكاة للتحقق من النتائج النظرية
