نقوم في هذا البحث بمراجعة لخصائص النظم المتراخية ثم نطور خصائص جديدة لهذه النظم وندرس أيضا تقريب النظم المتراخية باستخدام طريقة القطع المتوازن وطريقة القلقة الأحادية للقطع المتوازن وطريقة مقياس (هنكل) لتخصيص النظم وطرق تقريب H وكذلك نكشف عن خصائص أكثر لمقياس هنكل ونختتم الدراسة بتطبيق هذه النتائج على تقدير طيف الطاقة System theory properties of relaxation systems are revised and new properties are developed Approximation of relaxation systems using balanced truncation singular perturbation balanced truncation Hankel norm model reduction and H approximation schemes is studied Some further properties related to the H norm are explored Application of the results to power spectrum estimation is discussed
