الملخص:
A lowcost data acquisition system (DAS) built around an IBM PC XT computer is described The system uses a 10bit successive approximation analogtadigital convertor (ADC) chip for signal conversion The ADC is connected to the computer bus through an 8255A Programmable Peripheral Interface chip A computer program written in BASICA and compiled by Microsoft Quick Basic takes care of data acquisition and storage and plots the acquired spectra on the screen and or on a pen plotter The performance of the DAS is tested using standard gamma ray sources and an NaI detector Performance results are described and suggestions for further improvements are presented يصف هذا البحث نظاما قليل التكاليف لجمع البيانات مبني حول حاسوب (كمبيوتر آي بي إم) الشخصي ويستخدم النظام محول بيانات تناظرية إلى رقمية من نمط التقريب المتعاقب ذات العشرة قضمات (خانات) ويتصل محول البيانات هذا مع الحاسوب عبر (خلية سليكونية) جذاذة ربط بيني قابلة للبرمجة من نوع (8255 أ) ويقوم برنامج مكتوب بلغة (بيسك)، ومصرف بمصرف (ميكروصوفت كويك بيسك)، بالسيطرة على النظام في تجميع البيانات وخزنها ورسمها على شاشة الحاسوب أو على راسمة ذات أقلام وقد جرب النظام وفحص أداؤه باستخدام مصادر أشعة (جاما عيارية) ومكشاف (يوديد الصوديوم) ويتضمن البحث عرضا لنتائج الفحص إضافة إلى اقتراحات لتحسين أداء النظام وتطويره
