الملخص:
Concrete is inherently a durable material However certain construction practices
have been known to change the physical properties of concrete thereby altering the
concrete's durability It is necessary that the engineer and contractor be aware of the
construction practices which adversely affect concrete durability The authors
present some of these construction practices which can occur when selecting raw
materials in combining materials and in placing finishing protecting and curing
the concrete Case histories indicating poor concrete construction practices are
presented تعتبر الخرسانة من المواد المستقرة المتينة ولأسباب عدة يحدث خلال استخدام الخرسانة بالمباني إلى انخفاض ملحوظ بخواص الخرسانة التحميلية ولذا يجب على المهندس والمقاول أن يكون على علم مسبق بالممارسات الإنشائية التي تؤدي إلى تردي خواص الخرسانة خلال عملية الإنشاء ويلخص الباحث عدة ممارسات إنشائية والتي تؤثر عكسا على متانة واستقرار الخرسانة وهذه الممارسات ربما تحدث خلال انتقاء المواد المستخدمة بالخلطة الخرسانية، إنتاج الخلطة الإسمنتية، صب الإسمنت بالموقع، وكذلك خلال إنضاج الإسمنت بالترطيب كما يقدم الباحث سيرة عدة أعمال توضح الممارسات الإنشائية المؤثرة عكسيا على متانة واستقرار الخرسانة
