Abstract

إن تأثير الشكل الهندسي على معدل التآكل لمعدن النحاس الأصفر قد أجريت عدة تجارب عليه في معامل الآلات ونتيجة لهذه التجارب فقد تبين أن هناك علاقة ما بين نقصان الحجم نتيجة التآكل وقوة الشد أو الضغط ولكن وجد أن العلاقة بين نقصان الحجم (التآكل) وهذه القوة لست علاقة طردية وقد تم إجراء بعض الدراسات على سبائك ثنائية مثل سبيكة النحاس والقصدير وسبيكة النحاس والزنك ولقد لوحظ في بعض الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال أن مقاومة التآكل في سبائك النحاس تزداد بزيادة نسبة القصدير والرصاص في هذه السبائك ولهذا فمن الواضح أن الاستمرار في إجراء تجارب مختبرية على معدل تآكل سبائك النحاس سوف يظهر نتائج وتفصيلات ذات قيمة
