The Study consists of

An introduction to the roots of the Zionist movement and the Palestinian problem and the reasons which led to what is termed "the Arab Palestinian stubble" or "the problem of the Middle East"

A comprehensive evaluation of King Abdul Aziz political stance in the development of the Palestinian question during his first reign (13191351 H 19021932 G)

A portrayal of King Abdul Aziz Arab position his concern with Arab issues in general and Palestinian issues in particular

A comprehensive evaluation of King Abdul Aziz political stance in relation to the development of the Palestinian question during his second reign (13511373 H 19321952 G)

Here the following was discussed

A portrayal of King Abdul Aziz position with regard to the British policy in Palestine and his rejection of division and the Jewish occupation of Palestine

His fervent correspondence with world leaders supporting the rights of the Palestinian people to their ancestors' land

A depiction of King Abdul Aziz participation in international conferences and meetings with president Roosevelt of America and the British Prime Minister Churchill In addition to meeting ambassadors and diplomas of super powers to present the Arab viewpoint in general and the Saudi one in particular towards the position of those countries regarding Palestine he demanded an immediate just settlement of the problem King Abdul Aziz stood in international organizations the United Nations and the Arab League to explicate the Palestinian question and to reaffirm the Palestinians natural right of their land He presented a number of important memoranda to the investigative committees selected by the governments of the super powers reference was made to the financial and moral support of the kingdom to the valiant struggle of the Palestinian people to regain their usurped land

The study moreover shows the pioneering role of King Abdul Aziz in suggesting a national war of liberation (guerilla war) which he upheld in (1368 H 1948 G) demanding that the Palestinians should lead the war supported by all Arabs He suggested the formation of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) ten years before the actual onset of the present PLO

توطئة عن الجذور التاريخية للحركة الصهيونية والمشكلة الفلسطينية والأسباب التي قادت إلى ما اصطلح على تسميته بالصراع العربي الإسرائيلي أو أزمة الشرق الأوسط تثمين شامل لمواقف الملك عبد العزيز السياسية من تطورات القضية الفلسطينية (في عهده الأول) (13191351 هـ 19021932 م) مواقفه العربية باهتمامه بقضايا أمته العربية والإسلامية بعامة والفلسطينية بخاصة تثمين موسع لمواقف الملك عبد العزيز السياسية من تطورات القضية الفلسطينية (في عهده الثاني) (13511373 هـ 19321953 م) وقد ناقشت هذه الفترة التاريخية موقفه من السياسة البريطانية في فلسطين ورفضه للتقسيم وتوطين اليهود فيها، مراسلاته الحثيثة مع زعماء وقادة الدول العظمى انتصارا لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني في وطن آبائهم وأجدادهم، المشاركة في المؤتمرات الدولية بالإضافة إلى مقابلاته الشخصية مع الرئيس الأمريكي روزفلت ورئيس وزراء بريطانيا تشرشل إلى جانب لقاءاته مع العديد من المسؤولين المفوضين وسفراء الدول العظمى بهدف توضيح وجهة نظر العرب بعامة والسعودية بخاصة، من مواقف هذه الدول إزاء فلسطين والطلب بضرورة حلها حلا عادلا كما اتخذ المنابر الدولية في هيئة الأمم المتحدة وجامعة الدول العربية مكانا لشرح القضية الفلسطينية والتأكيد على حق أهلها الطبيعي في بلادهم هذا مع عرض للمذكرات الهامة التي قدمت للجان التحقيق المنبثقة عن حكومات الدول العظمى، كما تمت الإشارة إلى المعونات المادية والمعنوية التي قدمتها المملكة لدعم صمود الشعب الفلسطيني على أرضه كما أظهر البحث أن الملك عبد العزيز كان الأسبق في عالمنا العربي في طرح فكرة حرب التحرير الشعبية، (حرب العصابات) التى نادى بها منذ عام (1386 هـ 1948 م) مطالبا أن تكون الحرب بين العرب واليهود حربا شعبية، يتولى قيادتها الفلسطينيون، وتشارك فيها جماهير الشعوب العربية جميعا فضلا عن مطالبته بقيام منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية قبل أن تقوم بأكثر من عشر سنوات هذا وقد اعتمد البحث على مصادر ومراجع أصلية وثائقية معاصرة لعهد الملك عبد العزيز والتي تناول معظمها بحيادية وموضوعية كافة الجوانب المتعلقة بشخصية الملك عبد العزيز العربية الإسلامية
