Abstract

يستخدم البلوك الإسمنتي على نطاق واسع في المباني بمدينة الرياض، فقد بلغ عدد مصانع البلوك العاملة فيها 42 مصنعا، متوسط إنتاجها حوالي 500000 بلوكة يوم معظم البلوك المنتج من النوع غير الحامل الذي يستخدم لبناء الحوائط الداخلية والخارجية في المباني وقد بدأت أمانة مدينة الرياض في تطبيق برنامج مراقبة جودة الإنتاج في مصانع الخرسانة الجاهزة والبلوك في مدينة الرياض منذ عام 1416 هـ، ويتم في هذا البرنامج القيام بزيارات مفاجئة للمصانع تتراوح بين ست إلى اثنا عشرة زيارة سنويا يتم فيها أخذ عينات عشوائية من البلوك المنتج من كل مصنع وقد جمع خلال الثلاث سنوات الماضية أكثر من 810 عينات، تمثل كل عينة ست بلوكات، أي ما مجموعه 4860 بلوكة وتم قياس الأبعاد واختبار مقاومة الضغط وامتصاص الماء، ومقارنة النتائج بمتطلبات المواصفات السعودية والأمريكية الخاصة بالبلوك غير الحامل وتبين النتائج أن جميع المصانع تحقق متطلبات المواصفات الخاصة بمقاومة الضغط وامتصاص الماء، باستثناء الأبعاد ؛ إذ توجد نسبة مرتفعة نسبيا" من العينات التي لا تحقق شروط التفاوت المسموح به لأبعاد البلوك، وهذا محصورفي الغالبفي ارتفاع البلوكة كما تبين نتائج التحليل الإحصائي أن وزن البلوك مقاس 20 سم يتراوح بين 2026 كجم ومقاس 15 سم بين 1721 كجم ويمثل حجم التجاويف الداخلية حوالي 30 % من حجم البلوكة لكلا النوعين

Concrete blocks are extensively used in buildings construction in Riyadh The number of concrete block factories operating in Riyadh are 42 with an average production capacity of 500000 units day Most concrete blocks produced in Riyadh are nonload bearing as it is used for partitions and external walls of buildings The Municipality of Riyadh has started a quality scheme for readymixed concrete and concrete blocks factories in Riyadh since 1416H The quality of concrete blocks is checked by 6 to 12 surprise visits annually to each factory where random samples of blocks are collected and tested In the past three years 810 samples were collected For each sample the dimensions compressive strength and absorption were measured and the results were compared with the requirements of the Saudi and ASTM specifications for nonload bearing blocks The results of statistical analysis showed that all factories satisfied the specifications’ requirements with regard to compressive strength and absorption However 30 % of the samples did not meet the tolerance requirements for height The volume of internal voids constitutes 30 % of the block volume The weight per block ranges between 2026 kg for the 20 cm wide blocks and between 17 and 21 kg for the 15 cm wide blocks
