تأثير الزنك في أهم المؤشرات الكيمياء حيوية في بلازما الدم للأرانب النامية Effect of zinc on some biochemical indicators in blood Plasma of growing rabbits

Abstract

تم إجراء البحث على ذكور الأرانب النامية باستخدام ست وثلاثين أرنباً سليماً اعتباراً من عمر الفطام ولمدة سبعة أسابيع تمت رعايتها وتغذيتها في المختبر داخل أقفاص بعد أن تم تقسيمها عشوائياً إلى أربع مجموعات منفصلة ضمت كل مجموعة تسعة أرانب وكانت المجموعة الأولى ضابطة (Control)، أما المجموعات الثانية والثالثة والرابعة فقد أعطيت الزنك عن طريق الوجبة الغذائية بالتراكيز الآتية 50100200 جم كجم على التوالي، أظهرت النتائج أن إضافة الزنك أدت الى تحسن معنوي (005>p) في نسبة البروتين الكلي وانخفاض معنوي (005>p) في تركيز كل من الكولسترول والشحوم الثلاثية ونسبة الجلكوز في بلازما الدم وقد بينت الدراسة أيضاً أن إضافة الزنك بتركيز 100 ملجم كجم إلى غذاء الأرانب النامية يحسن معنوياَ من عملية الأيض الغذائي لكل من البروتين والجلكوز والكولسترول والشحوم الثلاثية

The present study was carried out using 36 male weanling rabbits they were reared in the laboratory for seven weeks at the beginning of the experiment rabbits were divided randomly into four groups each group contains nine males the first group was used as control the second third and forth groups were treated with zinc which was supplemented to their diet at concentrations of 50100 and 200 mg kg respectively The results showed an increase in the net plasma proteins (P< 005) and a decrease in the quantity of cholesterol triglycerides and glucose (P< 005) the results also indicated that the exposure to zinc at the concentration of 100 mg kg resulted in a better improvement in the metabolic processes of protein glucose cholesterol and the triglycerides
