تقييم مخاطر الأشعة الكهرومغناطيسية غير المؤينة ذات التردد الضعيف جداً ELF الصادرة من التيارات الكهربائية 50 60 هرتز والآثار الحيوية السلبية لها والمنظمات المشرعة لحدود التعرض Evaluation of the risks of very low frequency and nonionizing electromagnetic radiations emitted by electric current of 50 60 Hz its biological effects and organizations of legislating exposure limits

Abstract

An international and wide dispute is currently undergoing about the radiation emitted from the electric current of high voltage domestic connections or appliances; and about their effects on human beings either directly or indirectly People are divided about their risks between an exaggerating group and a group that paid no attention to them Researchers also show a discrepancy according to their results As a result legislation committees and organizations varied in defining the exposure limits of electric and magnetic fields of 50 60 Hz This research puts forward an introduction to the extent of this dispute compared to other types of radiation of electromagnetic spectrum It also clarified the variation of other research works exposure limits and causes This study comes out with the followings First Exposure to electric and magnetic fields within the permissible limits issued by international committees such as (ICNIRP) and others There has been no definite evidence that exposure to these fields is linked to diseases such as cancer in children or adults In one hand the scientific and statistic researches that presented this link were short of controlling factors that interfere in the occurrence of these diseases or they were not supported by researches confirming this link On the other hand there are many researches that disapprove such link between those fields and cancer The main verification that can be used by those who approve such link is the classification of the very low frequency electromagnetic radiation as a carcinogen issued by IARC Second specialized organizations open the door for researches in this field because the idea of a link between exposure to electric field and cancer still exists Third Technical faults which increase radiation pollution should be avoided by putting rules for the methods w «d « t K «b bL ¥ of electrical connections Forth Exposure rates below limits of the electromagnetic emissions due to high power and other electric network should be further reduced if possible economically since there is no confirmed link between such rate limits and health However technical faults are not accepted ie they should be fixed even exposure rates are very low

يدور جدل واسع على المستوى العالمي والمحلي حول الأشعة المنبعثة من التيارات الكهربائية سواء من خطوط الضغط العالي، أو التوصيلات المنزلية أو الأجهزة الكهربائية، ومدى تأثيرها على الإنسان، بطريق مباشر أو غير مباشر وقد انقسم الناس بين مبالغ في خطورتها وآخرين لم يعيروا ذلك أي اهتمام كما انقسم الباحثون بناء على ما توصلوا إليه من نتائج، والتي يمكن وصفها بأنها نتائج متباينة بناء على ذلك تباينت الهيئات والمنظمات المشرعة في وضع حدود التعرض للمجالين الكهربائي والمغناطيسي 5060 هرتز وهذا البحث يقدم تمهيدا لمعرفة حجم المشكلة مقارنة ببقية طيف الأشعة الكهرومغناطيسية، وتوضيح ما ذكر من تباين في نتائج الأبحاث وحدود التعرض وبيان أسبابه وقد خرج البحث بالنتائج التالية أولاً التعرض للمجال الكهربائي والمغناطيسي في حدود التعرض المسموح به الصادر من الهيئات الدولية مثل (ICNIRP) وغيرها، لم يثبت علاقته بأمراض مثل السرطان للأطفال والبالغين أو أي أمراض أخرى بشكل قاطع ومؤكد، والأبحاث العلمية والإحصائية التي ذكرت ذلك إما أنها لم تتحكم بالمتغيرات الكثيرة التي تشوش على دقة النتائج، أو أنها لم تدعم ببحوث أخرى تؤكد تلك النتائج، هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى وجود كم أكبر من الأبحاث التي تنفي علاقة تلك المجالات بالأمراض المذكورة، وأكبر دليل يمكن أن يسجل هو تصنيف الـ IARC بأن الأشعة الكهرومغناطيسية ذات التردد الضعيف جدا ضمن الأشياء التي يمكن أن تكون مسرطنة ثانياً ترك الباب مفتوحا من المنظمات المختصة لمزيد من البحوث لأنه لا يزال القول بإمكانية وجود علاقة بين التعرض لتلك المجالات وبين الأمراض، وتقرير أن لها آثاراً سلبية ثالثاً يجب تجنب الأخطاء الفنية التي من شأنها زيادة التلوث الإشعاعي عن طريق تقنيين طرق التوصيل والتمديدات الكهربائية رابعاً معدلات التعرض للمجالات الكهرومغناطيسية المنبعثة من خطوط الضغط العالي والشبكات والأجهزة الكهربائية، والتي هي دون الحدود المسموح بها دولياً، يجب تخفيضها ما أمكن ذلك مع أخذ الجانب الاقتصادي بالاعتبار، لأنه لم يثبت ارتباط بين تلك الحدود والصحة، ولكن إذا كان الانبعاث بسبب خطأ فني فهذا غير مقبول ولا بد أن يصحح الخطأ حتى وإن كان الانبعاث قليل جداً
