دراسة تأثير عقار أدرياميسين على الحويصلات الناضجة والبويضات عند الفئران البيضاء، ومقارنة ذلك مع النشاط التناسلي عند النساء المتعاطيات لهذا العقار Study of the effect of adriamycin on the graffian follicles & oocytes in albino mice and compared with the sexual activity in women taking this drug

Abstract

Adriamycin is one of the most anticancer drugs used in treating many cancer tumors and its importance comes from the cytotoxic effect on the cancer cells but this effect goes beyond cells to affect the healthy cells in areas of rapid reproduction such as Granulose cells and Oocytes in Graffian follicles To know the negative effect of this drug on the reproductive activity in women taking this drug in terms of disturbances in the menstrual cycle menopause at an early stage and the absence of pregnancy ; we studied histological changes of the mature follicles (Graffian follicles) and changes in the cellular structure of oocytes in Albino Mice injected with a single dose of Adriamycin in the peritoneal cavity then we linked the results of this study with a field hormonal statistical study on women taking this drug The result of this study pointed out that the cause of the disturbances in the sexual activity among those women may be due a change in the structure of the cells and disappearance of yellow bodies (Corpus luteum) and which results in absence of ovarian sexual hormones (progesterone and estrogen) responsible for regulating the menstrual cycle and preparing the uterus for pregnancy

يعد عقار أدرياميسين (Adriamycin) أحد أكثر العقاقير المضادة للسرطان استخداما في علاج الكثير من الأورام السرطانية، وتأتي أهميته من تأثيره السمي (cytotoxic) على الخلايا المتسرطنة، إلا أن هذا التأثير يتجاوز تلك الخلايا ليلامس الخلايا السليمة في مناطق سريعة التكاثر مثل الخلية البيضية وحويصلات الناضجة ولمعرفة التأثير السلبي لهذا العقار على النشاط التناسلي عند النساء المتعاطيات لهذا العقار من حيث الاضطرابات في الدورة الطمثية، والوصول إلى سن اليأس في وقت مبكر، وعدم حدوث الحمل، فقد تم دراسة التغيرات البنيوية النسيجية للحويصلات الناضجة (حويصلات غراف Graafian follicles)، وتغيرات البنية الخلوية للخلية البيضية عند الفئران البيضاء، المحقونة بجرعة مفردة من عقار أدرياميسين (Adriamycin) داخل التجويف البريتواني، وقد تم ربط نتائج هذه الدراسة بدراسة ميدانية إحصائية هرمونية على النساء المتعاطيات لهذا العقار ونتيجة هذه الدراسة بينت أن سبب حدوث الاضطرابات في النشاط التناسلي عند هؤلاء النسوة، يعود إلى تغير في بنية الخلايا الحويصلية للحويصلات الناضجة، واختفاء الأجسام الصفراء، وبالتالي غياب الهرمونات الجنسية المبيضية (البروجسترون والأستروجين) المسؤولة عن تنظيم الدورة الطمثية، وعن تهيئة الرحم لحدوث الحمل
