Abstract

تم دراسة الحالة البكتريولوجية لأسطح الجمال وذلك بأخذ 75 مسحة من مساحة 10 سم² من أسطح خمسة وعشرون ذبيحة قبل وبعد السلخ وكذلك بعد تجهيز الذبائح وختمها أوضحت النتائج ما يلي عدد الميكروبات الهوائية 4 × 108 و5 × 103 و62 × 10 6 بكتيريا سم² بينما كان عدد الميكروبات المعوية 66 × 105 و82 × 10 2 و62 × 104 بكتيريا سم² كما كان عدد ميكروبات القولون 63 × 105 و31 × 102 و58 × 104 بكتيريا سم² وبالنسبة لعدد الميكروبات القولون النوع البرازي فكان 26 × 103 و63 × 10 و81 × 102 بكتيريا سم² وكان 83 × 10 و< 3 و23 × 102 بكتيريا سم² بالنسبة لميكروب الإيشيريشيا كولاي وكان عدد ميكروبات العنقودي الذهبي 72 × 105 و82 × 102 و56 × 104 بكتيريا سم² على أسطح ذبائح الجمال قبل وبعد تجهيز وختم الذبائح على التوالي ولقد تم عزل عدد من الميكروبات من جنس الإيشيريشيا القولونية، أنتيروباكتر فرونداي وأنتيروباكتر إيروجينيز وأنتيروباكتر سكازاكي وكلبسيللا نيموني والبروتيس فليجارس والبروتيس ميرابيليس ومورجائيللا مورجاني وسالمونيلا أنترتيدز وسالمونيلا تيفوريم وقد تم مناقشة الأهمية الصحية للميكروبات المعزولة والإجراءات المقترحة لتحسين الجودة الميكروبية لذبائج الجمال
