الملخص:
إن ألكلة 4 أو كسو 6 فينيل 2 ثيوكسو 1،2،3،4 – رباعي هيدروبيريميدين 5 كربونيتريل (1) أعطت مشتقات S مستبدل (2bc) أمكن تخليق المشتق (2c) إلى 3 ميثيل 5 أكسو 5 يد 7 فينيل ثيازولو [3 ، 2 أ] بيريميدين 6 كربونيتريل (3) مزيد من الاستبدال للمركبات (2ab) بواسطة بنزهيدرازيد وكون مشتق –N بنزويل (9) الذي أمكن تحويله إلى تريازولو [ 4،3 أ ] بيريميدين (11) تفاعل كل من (2ab) مع سيمي كاربازيد وأنتج المشتق (14) بمعالجة مشتق 2 هيدرازينو بيريميدين (10) بواسطة كلوريد كلورو أسيتيل نتج المشتق بيريميدو [2،1 ـ جـ ] تريازين (16) كما أمكن كذلك تحضير صنوه الأيزومري المركب (17) تم إثبات البناء التركيبي للمركبات المحضرة حديثا بالطرق الكيميائية والدراسات الطيفية Alkylation of 4oxo6phenyl2thioxo1234tetrahydropyrimidine 5carbonitrile (1) gave the Salkyl derivatives (2bc) Compound (2c) could be cyclised into 3methyl5oxo5H7 phenylthiazolo[ 32a] pyrimidine6carboxamide (3) Further substitution of compounds (2ab) yielded the N3Substituted pyrimidine derivatives (7ae) Desulphunisation of each of compounds (2ab) with benzhydrazide resulted in the formation of 2(2benzoylhydrazino) pyrimidine derivative (9) which could be converted into the triazolo[43a] pyrimidine (11) Each of compounds (2ab) reacted with semicarbazide to produce directly the dioxotriazolopyrimidine derivative (14) Treatment of the 2hydrazinopyrimidine derivative (10) with chloroacetyl chloride afforded the pyrimido [21c] triazine derivative (16) Its isomeric compound (17) could be also prepared The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were proved by chemical routes and spectral studies
