The recovery of benzene toluene and xylene isomers conlmanly known as BTX from catalytically reformed naphthas of three different Saudi Arabian refineries was studied by using liquidliquid extraction in a single batch process The effects of temperature solvent to feed ratio and feed composition on yield and selectivity were investigated with two solvents namely sulfolane and diethylene glycol A comparison among the platformates of the three different refineries in terms of yield has shown that the PetrominShelJ Refinery in AIJubail has the most suitable naphtha for the extraction of BTX aromatics تم في هذا البحث دراسة استخلاص البنزين والتولوين والزيلين والتي تعرف باسم (ب ت إكس) من خليط النفثا المهذب والمنتج في ثلاث من مصافي المملكة العربية السعودية باستخدام طريقة استخلاص سائل بسائل في وحدة استخلاص ذات مرحلة واحدة ولقد استخدم في هذا البحث نوعان من المذيبات، هما الجلايكول ثنائي الأثيلين والسلفولان وقد تمت المقارنة بين هذين المذيبين من حيث الإنتاجية والانتقائية للمركبات العطرية، وذلك بدراسة تأثير كل من درجة الحرارة والنسبة بين المذيب وكمية خليط النفثا المستخدم بالإضافة إلى تركيب خليط النفثا على عملية الاستخلاص
