A shel model calculation for the nuclei 23 A 39 have been performed The reduced transition probability B (E2) the magnetic transition B (M1) the gammowteller matrix elements the magneting ratios for different energy stated have been calculated A comparison with the experimental date shows a fair agreement An investigation of the above quantities and their relation to each other are shown أجريت حسابات باستخدام النموذج القشري النووي لنوبات ذات عدد كتلي محصور بين 23، 39 وفيه حسبت كل من الاحتمال الانتقالي المختصر الكهربائي والمغناطيسي ومصفوفة العناصر لجاموتيلر، العزم الثنائي المغناطيسي وشدة العزم الرباعي ونسبة التفرغ لحالات مستويات الطاقة المختلفة بالمقارنة مع النتائج التجريبية وجد أن التطبيق جيد وقد تمت دراسة القيم المذكورة عالية مع دراسة العلاقة فيما بينهما
